A Moment Spent with My Family

Hey. Today had been a really boring day. Since I had finished my homework yesterday, I spent my Saturday playing computer games and the such. But at 7 p.m. today in the evening, there were some visitors arriving at my house. They were my aunt and her family - which includes her two sons, Ilham and Afham, aged two and four respectively, my aunt, my grandfather and my grandmother. My uncle could not make it because he had to be at the mosque for religous purposes. When they arrived, the whole house seemed to become more cheerful and lively, as if by magic. My family had an enjoyable time during this little reunion of ours.

My siblings enjoyed playing with the Afham Bros., even though they can be annoying at times. ( Afham had been disturbing me while I was making this post! ) Afham is the bolder and more energetic ( and sometimes more annoying and stubborn ) of the two. Ilham is the smarter one. Even though he is only two, he can speak somewhat good Malay. Even so, he is the more cowardly one. All you have to do to scare him is to take a battery operated robot and say that it wants to eat him. My siblings and I had a great time playing, watching videos, and teaching the Afham Bros. My mother, aunt, grandfather and grandmother also took this time to talk to each other about..... stuff in Javanese, so I could not comprehend. Actually, my maternal grandparents live in a kampong in Indonesia but came to Singapore during the December holidays for a visit. I think they will be staying for a while.

Since my visitors will only be going home tomorrow, we can still play with the Afham Bros. tomorrow. That's all I have to say, bye bye!
